Are my files uploaded?

No. CommandEditor runs entirely in your browser with WebAssembly — your file never leaves your device. You can verify it: open your browser's network inspector, or switch off Wi-Fi after the page loads; the tool still works.

Which standard does it produce?

Factur-X / ZUGFeRD (EN 16931, Basic WL profile) embedded as an Alternative representation with PDF/A-3 style metadata — the format required by the German and French B2B e-invoicing mandates.
